  • You scan stacks of mixed-size originals constantly — the dn ADF runs at 90 ppm / 180 ipm, not the 240 ipm of the Flow z model. If scanning is half your job, get the E78630z.
  • You need embedded OCR or scan-to-multi-destination — those are Flow-only features. The dn doesn't have them.
  • You print under 3,000 pages a month — you're paying for an A3 color enterprise MFP and using maybe 5% of it. Look at the desktop E57540dn instead.

It prints and copies at 30 ppm in both black and color, scans at 90 ppm / 180 ipm duplex via a 200-sheet single-pass ADF, and is rated for a 130,000-page monthly duty cycle with HP recommending up to 20,000 pages/month for sane toner economics. Standard paper capacity is 1,140 sheets across three trays, expandable to 3,140 with the optional 2x520 dual tray. The 10.1-inch color touchscreen handles standard scan-to-network, USB, and SharePoint workflows.
