The 1 thing buyers regret: not understanding the 5-Series vs 7-Series choice. The XM5263 at the same 63 ppm is cheaper up front. The XM7263 pays back over 3 years if your volume is high enough that consumables and service intervals matter. At 5,000 pages a month, the 7-Series math doesn't pencil. At 15,000 pages a month it does. The other regret is buying the XM7263 when you really needed an A3/tabloid machine like the XM9-Series — once you're at 7-Series volume, the temptation to upgrade to tabloid is real.
