The Xerox ED125 Copier/Printer is the 125-ppm version of the ED95A/ED125 production mono platform, built for transactional print, in-plant operations, and centralized repro shops doing 200,000-700,000 pages per month. It runs 125 ppm Letter, 78 ppm Legal, 62 ppm Tabloid, and 34 ppm SRA3 at 2400 x 2400 dpi with 256 gray levels — text, halftones, and solid blacks all hold up at production rates. First copy out is 3.5 seconds or less. Standard paper capacity is 4,250 sheets across four trays plus the bypass; the optional 2-tray HCF adds 4,000 letter sheets for non-stop runs. The 250-sheet single-pass duplex ADF scans at 200 ipm in color or mono and routes to email, SMB/FTP, USB, mailbox, or LDAP-authenticated workflows. Inline finishing covers staple (single or dual 100-sheet variable length), 2/3-hole punch, 3,000-sheet stacking, 200-sheet pre-printed inserter, and saddle-stitch booklets up to 25 sheets / 100 imaged sides. Front-to-back registration is +/- 1.0 mm — tight for a mono production engine but not iGen-class. Standard control is the integrated 10.4-inch color touchscreen Copy/Print Server; shops running Fiery upgrade to the EXII Print Server (Windows 10, Adobe PDF Print Engine 4.4). Buyer regret: paying for 125 ppm and printing 60,000 pages a month — the ED95A at 100 ppm is the right pick if your AMPV is closer to 100,000.
