The Xerox VersaLink C7025 with four-tray module pairs the C7025 base engine with the 097S04908 three-tray module — four 520-sheet cassettes plus the 100-sheet bypass for 2,180 sheets total. Speed is 25 ppm color and black on letter or A4, 14 ppm at full 11x17 / A3. The 7-inch ConnectKey touchscreen runs the App Gallery, AirPrint, and Mopria standard. Monthly duty cycle is 107,000 pages with Xerox's recommended throughput around 6,250 pages. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet plus USB 3.0; Wi-Fi/NFC, fax, PostScript, and the 320 GB HDD are all optional. The intent is a workgroup of 10-25 that needs in-house tabloid color and wants multiple stocks loaded permanently. The thing buyers regret on this build: hitting the duty-cycle ceiling sooner than expected if you're closer to 8,000 pages a month. The C7030 is the same chassis with a 30 ppm engine and 129,000-page duty cycle for not much more money — if you're at the upper end of the C7025's recommended throughput, look at the C7030 instead.
